Care from doctor was good. Phone line is not working properly lately. If you were allowed to call at 8.30 and also at midday for appointments then maybe it wouldn't be so difficult to get through.

All the doctor are great, they all listen which is much appreciated. The telephone system is a nightmare. Today I phoned at 4.30 pm and was no.3 in the wait. Put the phone down at 5.15 as no one picked up. The reception staff can be a bit fresty at times and your senior receptionist Charlotte Cole needs to 'charm school'. All professional staff do very well under all the pressure that is put upon them.

Seen fairly promptly and the care and the attention from the doctor extremely good. Couldn't be improved.

Excellent service. Very good at listening to my concerns and he gave his time and very good explanation with a printed hand out to read further reassurance. Great service.
